How a Samowra piece is made
From liquid to keepsake
- 01MouldEach form starts as a hand-made master, then a mould we pour again and again.
- 02PourThe mix is poured slowly by hand to keep air bubbles out.
- 03CurePieces rest and dry naturally until they're strong enough to finish.

Samowra began with a bag of plaster and a kitchen-table mould. Today we cast every piece in our own small studio — choosing materials that feel honest, finishes that age gracefully, and shapes that make a corner of your home feel softer.

How do I place an order?
Add pieces to your bag and tap “Order on WhatsApp”. Your order details are sent to us; we confirm availability and share a secure payment link. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking. We don't offer cash on delivery for now.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within [X] working days and most orders arrive in [X–Y] days across India. You'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp once it ships.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Plaster is delicate, so we pack every piece with care. If anything arrives damaged, record an unboxing video and message us within [48 hours] — we'll [send a replacement or refund you].
What is POP, and is it suitable for outdoors?
POP (plaster of Paris) is a fine, chalk-white casting material. It's light and takes detail beautifully, but it's for indoor use only — keep it away from water and rain.
